C-Ville Magazine Best of 2013

Cover illustration for C-Ville Magazine's "Best of 2013" issue. This issue was also known as the "Passion" issue, so the Art Director requested I paint a scene depicting Charlottesville, Virginia's most famous resident, Thomas Jefferson, in a romance cover setting.
